Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk on a Part-Time Basis to support our financial record-keeping, billing, and day-to-day administrative accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledger entries.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in periodic financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Provide general administrative accounting support to the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an office/accounting setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in standard accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.

Role Summary
We’re looking for a part-time, highly competent security and safety officer to join our team to monitor the premises and protect our valued school children, staff, visitors, and inventory. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a security officer or guard, as well as training in self-defense and first aid.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control & Patrol: Ensure a safe environment through active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control as scheduled.
- Safety Training: Perform periodic safety training workshops for students and staff as scheduled.
- Emergency Response: Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately.
- Compliance & Professionalism: Maintain the school’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff for effective protection and coverage.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered security officer.
- Proven experience as a security and safety officer.
- Helpful, courteous attitude.
- Certification in first aid and self-defense.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with computers and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems.
- Law enforcement experience.
