Our governance structure ensures transparent oversight, professional project management, and direct collaboration with our educational and community partners.

Chief Executive Director (CED)

• Angela Pinamang Adomako (Founder & Subscriber)

Board of Directors

• Comprising the Adomako family, serving as the core institutional liaison to preserve and guide the foundational legacy.

Executive Board of Trustees

The primary governing body responsible for supervising the strategic management and affairs of the foundation. This board comprises:

• Chief Executive Director (CED)
• Foundation President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer / Finance Officer
• Representative of the Global Executive Board of the Modern Old Students Association
• Representative of the MISKL Management and Board of Governors

Managing Director

• Role: To be appointed on a part-time basis.
• Profile: A vibrant, proactive leader with extensive expertise in executing non-governmental organizational (NGO) projects, paired with exceptional interpersonal and management skills.
• Responsibility: Oversees the day-to-day operations, project execution, and administrative health of the foundation.

The Accounting, Administration & Media Team

• Structure: Comprising 5 to 7 skilled professionals across finance, administrative operations, and communications.
• Expertise: Every member holds specific, relevant professional experience tailored to their area of responsibility.
• Reporting Line: This team reports directly to the Managing Director, with occasional strategic reporting to the Chief Executive Director.
• Note: Detailed individual roles and operational responsibilities for each sub-team are currently being finalized.

Advisory Board

A dedicated panel of at least five (5) members will be established to ensure financial integrity, legal compliance, and alignment with national educational standards. This board comprises:

• The Foundation Auditor
• Regional Director, National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NASIA)
• MISKL’s Legal Counsel (Barrister)
• Additional external advisors to be appointed following formal board consent.
